ABOUT THE PROJECT

 

This is a visualization of my personal health statistics from 2024. All data are from a single download of XML data from iPhone and some added measurements from my smart scale and workout information. It was interesting to see what iPhone does and does not measure (in terms of health stats) and what trends I could find.  The visualization was made in Tableau and was rewarded "Viz of the Day"in March 2025.
